Once items are purchased customers will receive an email verifying their purchase.
Once the order is ready for shipment from our fulfillment center you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order.

After order is placed, items usually take within 1-8 business days to process before ready for shipment.
Shipping from our fulfillment center typically takes 2-5 business days, varying on package destination.
HOLIDAY TIMELINE (OCTOBER-DECEMBER)
Orders placed during the months from October-December please expect longer order fulfillment times due to increased volume. Please allow up to 7-10 days before orders are shipped out.
Disclaimer: These shipping times are averaged, some orders can end up coming in sooner and some may come in later if there are any printing/stock delays, so don't be alarmed if delayed orders do not fall within these time limits. You may also expect longer processing times for orders during busy holiday seasons when there is increased order volume.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If shipping protection is not purchased we are NOT liable to refund or replace orders at no charge if USPS or our shipping provider provides verified delivery confirmation.
However, if a package is lost in transit by our shipping provider we will happily replace your order.
